T'was the night before Christmas
And into the house
Came a treat so splendid
From old Uncle Klaus
With sausage, red pepper
And garnish galore
Aunt Mary was drooling
And asking for more
We undid our belts
We dived right on in
But saved a few bites
For when St. Nick would drop in!
